Partner WOD:
30 min AMRAP of 2-4-6-8 KB Ladder:
One person completes 2 KB swings (53/35) and 2 goblet squats w/KB, then other athlete does 2
first partner does 4, then other does 4, and so on.
When both partners have gone through the set of 8, ladder starts over.
Score is completed ladders (total) plus change.
Note: if the partner drops the KB mid-set, the other person completes 4 jumping air squats.
