Love CFO! The people here are great...it is such a community atmosphere. Josh and Mendy have created a fantastic place! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I'm a non-member & not a crossfitter either. I wanted to try the hero WOD 'Murph' on Memorial Day. I was allowed to join in with everyone else on Memorial Day. The people I met greeted me with a smile. Owners/coaches were very welcoming as well. Great mix of athletes, very friendly and positive environment. I will definitely be going back next year.

Amazing people that execute brutal intensity coupled with unified encouragement resulting in extraordinary results. If you think you can't, you're wrong. You can do this!!

Love CFO...great trainers, great people, great community, great CFO family!!! My son trains there as well and loves it! A place to raise the bar and your spirits.

We LOVE our box!! The Trainers are exceptional and our fellow CrossFitters are all supportive and encouraging! We all work incredibly hard and strive for a similar goal - to be better than we were yesterday! Ordinary people doing extraordinary things!

I dropped in for a 6AM WOD this morning from Oregon and this is a solid box. Good people, good space, good coaches. Very good mix of new people just learning CrossFit to very fit and technically sound athletes. Highly recommended.

I never thought about CrossFit until I tried their 6-week challenge, but it's great. The people and the workouts are awesome!

I just can't recommend enough! Great people! Great workouts! (It's like family!) That's coming from someone who procrastinated a year before starting and was scared to death!!!!  Worth every second, and can't imagine ever giving it up now.

I am in town for the weekend on leave from the military. I called to check the price for a daily visit and without even knowing I am in the service just told me to come on by. Awesome workout and I will definitely be back next time I'm in town. Thanks to Josh for coaching our class today and having me.

I travel a lot and visit several boxes in the central US. I have visited most boxes in the St Louis area and always come back to Crossfit O'Fallon, very friendly, great coaching, great atmosphere, and always a challenging WOD, top notch people!

What a great addiction this is! I've never found such amazing people at ANY other gym I've ever been to in my entire life....and I'm OLD!

I have been coming to CFO for over a year and feel a sense of community & support each time I walk in! CFO is a good place to learn new movements, meet new people and create a stronger sense of self confidence!!
