20 partner wall ball setups over a 45 pds plate. Then 8 rounds of wallball run 10 yds. 10 wallballs, run 10 yes. Alternate 20/14. 6 min cap 1min rest. 7 min mark, max power snatches. 95/65 4 minutes.

One partner hangs while other performs Box jumps burpees. Med ball between legs of hanging person optional 14/10
