10 odd object bent over rows
10 pushups
20 air squats
For the run take 100 large steps out to a spot. Run there and back.
Odd object kb, dB, backpack, gallon jug….etc
If you have a lot of equipment, pull-up bars etc… you can sub these things into the workouts.
