50 hand release push-ups (toes on 45lb bumper plate)
50 pullups
RX:
Buy in: 1000 m run
Then in the remaining time
AMRAP
50 hand stand push-ups
50 chest to bar pullups
*both teammates will run the 1000m. Athletes can not start the pushups until both teammates have completed the run. One athlete works while the other rests on the push-ups and pull-ups. Score is total completed reps.
**if we have inclement weather this WOD could be altered to keep all teams indoors**
