“Testing”
Testing Day:
You will have 15 min to test each of the following:
A.) 1rm in any lift
B.) metabolic Conditioning: (choose one)
500m row, 1000m row, 1 mile run, etc..
C.) skill test: (choose one)
ME pull-ups, hspu, DUs, etc…
Be sure to log your results, we will retest in a couple months.
