B) push-ups
C) wall ball 20/14
For thirty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can – then rest 15 seconds.
Repeat this six more times for a total of 6 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.
The score is the total reps for the 6 rounds of all three exercises
