Due to unforeseen circumstances, Saturday’s event for Natasha is cancelled. We will have regular classes at 7,8&9am
4 rounds for time, alternating arms each round, of:
10 single-arm squat snatches
8 single-arm rows
6 single-arm push presses
4 single-arm Turkish get-ups
50/35 or 53/35 kbs
*you will be complete 2 full rounds with each arm. round 1 complete all movements w/ left arm, round 2 complete all movements with right.
**you can scale the weight, and also the the squat snatches with a power snatch then squat as deep as mobility allows.
